The information we collect

In order to provide you with an accurate quote and process your application, our site utilizes an application form for individuals and businesses to apply online for health insurance.  We collect the following information for you and your dependents: name, birth date, sex, home address, and phone, as well as some other application pertinent information.  Number of employees will also be collected if you are requesting a quote for group/employee health benefits.  Employees' age, home zip code, and family members to be insured are need to quote and process group health insurance policy.  Contact, personal health, demographic information, and/or employee information is required by the health insurance company to process an application form.  The financial information will also be used by the insurance company to bill you if and after you have been approved to be a policy holder.

iWebQuotes.com will record your IP addresses for statistical data only.  IP addresses are NOT used to track a user's behavior.
